MatchX offers a two year manufacturers warranty on all hardware from date of purchase. This manufacturers warranty covers all hardware you purchase from this site with a guarantee it will work as intended at the time of purchase. This manufacturers warranty covers “normal usage” and is valid only for appropriate and proper use of the MatchX hardware. Any deliberate tampering, misuse or opening of the hardware will deem this warranty null and void.
MatchX is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of date of purchase – WITHIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked*, No restocking fees!

*All returned items must not be opened or unpacked, your return must be in original condition and the package may not in any way be opened or tampered with. The original box and packaging must include all accessories (including power cables, antenna, mounting devices etc.) Once you open the box you forgo your right to a refund unless there is a Hardware issue in which MatchX is responsible. Damage caused by improper voltage
Please note that we will not accept returns on products damaged due to inappropriate power supply. The MatchX gateway is delivered with a matching POE (Input 100-240V; Output 24V).
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com and let us know if you need to return the item. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
Do not return the item before receiving written approval from MatchX. Shipping costs are paid for by the customer, MatchX will inspect the item and if MatchX is found to be at fault we will additionally refund your shipping costs. MatchX will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please allow at least 14 working days from the receipt of your return confirmation to process your return or exchange.
